The global law firm of Faegre Baker Daniels LLP is seeking an associate for the Finance Transactions practice in Minneapolis. Faegre Baker Daniels is an AmLaw 100 firm with offices located throughout the U.S., Asia and the UK.
The Finance Transactions team provides a full range of services with respect to private debt financing, loan workouts and other financial matters and is a subset of the Firm's Finance & Restructuring practice group. Ideal candidates will have three or more years' experience in bank and other private debt transactions. Excellent writing skills, attention to detail, and strong academic credentials are required.
