The Finance Transactions team provides a full range of services with respect to loan origination, financing, loan workouts and other commercial matters and is a subset of the Firm's Finance & Restructuring practice group. One or more years' experience in bank and lending transactions may be desirable. Excellent writing skills, attention to detail, and strong academic credentials are required.
