Clark Hill PLC is seeking a staff attorney, with at least two years of experience, for its Litigation Practice Group in the Chicago office. The staff attorney will assist in the defense of foreclosure actions and in managing a large portfolio of defense cases for a major bank in the State of Illinois. Qualified candidates must have the following experience: courtroom experience; propounding and responding to discovery; motion practice; and strong research and writing skills. Successful candidates must be detail-oriented and able to manage a significant portfolio of work. Strong interpersonal and communication skills plus the ability to be a dedicated team player are also required.
