The Finance Group in Chicago seeks a mid-level associate with 4 to 6 years of experience to work in its Capital Markets practice. Preferred candidates will have public and private company securities experience, including public company reporting obligations and offerings, as well as general corporate experience. Real estate fund formation, investment advisers act and/or mergers and acquisitions experience also pluses. We seek a candidate with immediately transferable skills and a strong academic background from a nationally recognized law school. Large law firm experience is highly preferred.
