The San Diego office of Jones Day has an immediate need for a mid-level associate to join its Corporate Practice Group. Qualified candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of large law firm experience working on sophisticated mergers & acquisitions transactions, as well as securities and general corporate matters. Additionally, candidates should have excellent drafting and negotiations skills, superior academic background and a desire for team-work, significant responsibility and client interaction. Ability to work with other team members and clients, and "take ownership" of projects, is essential.
