Hodgson Russ LLP is seeking an Estates and Trusts Attorney with 1-3 years of experience for our Buffalo office. The Estates and Trusts practice group counsels business, nonprofits individuals and corporate trust departments in local, multistate and international transactions. Our attorneys advise clients on all aspects of planning, administration, settlement, and taxation of estates and trusts, collaborating with other practice areas to provide comprehensive solutions.

The successful candidate must have 1-3 years of experience in Trusts and Estates, including planning and estate and trust administration. Strong academic credentials and excellent written and verbal communication skills also required. Candidates with financial planning or fiduciary accounting backgrounds may also be considered.
