Foley & Lardner LLP is seeking an associate with 8-10 years of experience to join the Business Law Department in our Los Angeles office. Our ideal candidate will have a broad range of commercial transactions experience, including but not limited to: public and private M&A transactions; commercial leasing transactions; project finance transactions; equity and debt financing; representing and advising energy project developers in connection with project development; representing purchasers and sellers in acquisition transactions; and representing renewable energy developers in Latin America.
The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in drafting merger agreements, stockholders' agreements, stock and asset purchase agreements, negotiating and drafting leases and surrender agreements; as well as strong analytic, research, and oral communication skills. We are seeking a well-rounded, dynamic, highly-motivated Business Law Associate who seeks significant client contact and is willing to work hard.
