The Washington, DC office of Arent Fox LLP is seeking a litigation associate for its patent practice group. Ideal candidates will have 1 to 3 years of patent litigation experience (ANDA litigation preferred but not essential) and must have a strong scientific educational background, including a bachelor's degree or higher in chemistry, chemical engineering, or an equivalent discipline. Candidates must be detail oriented, able to work well with a team and independently, and possess excellent written and oral communication skills.
