Our Philadelphia office seeks an associate with two to four years of experience in complex IP litigation, to join Ballard's national IP Litigation practice. He or she will have the opportunity to work on the full range of IP litigation matters for the firm, with an emphasis on patent litigation. Excellent academic credentials, experience with patent litigation, and superb writing, oral communication, and interpersonal skills are required. A technical background (particularly in electrical engineering or computer science), membership in the Patent Bar, and/or experience as a judicial clerk are advantages, but are not required.
