The Atlanta office seeks an Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation associate with a minimum of 1 year of law firm or clerkship experience (or an LLM in Taxation). This position will primarily focus on employer requirements under the Affordable Care Act, including the tax penalties that apply to violations. Excellent academic credentials, strong writing and analytical skills, and the ability to work as part of a team are required. Knowledge of the Affordable Care Act and other laws governing employer-sponsored health plans is preferred, but not required as long as the candidate has a strong interest in learning this area of the law.
