Miles & Stockbridge P.C. is seeking a patent prosecution associate with 1-4 years of experience to join our Intellectual Property Practice Group located in our Tysons Corner, VA office. This position will provide the opportunity to work on a wide variety of patent preparation, prosecution, and counseling matters involving electrical and computer arts for domestic and foreign clients, including leading edge high technology clients in Silicon Valley and Asia. The ideal candidate will have a technical background in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science.
