Clark Hill PLC is in need of a Paralegal with at least two years of experience for the Immigration Practice Group in our Washington, DC office. Responsibilities for this role include communicating with clients to compile information relevant to submissions to the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services organization; preparing various documents on behalf of clients for submission to US immigration agencies, including Hs, Es, Ls, and PERMs; timely follow up with clients to convey case status; and assisting with practice group administration by generating engagement letters and updating case databases and files. All candidates must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint, as well as an interest in working within various immigration databases. The ideal candidate will have superior written and oral communication skills, strong organizational skills, will be detail-oriented, and must thrive in a fast-paced hard-working environment.
