The Orlando office of Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell & Berkowitz seeks an associate with 5-7 years of litigation experience to join its Business Litigation Department. Academically distinguished applicants who have excellent writing and analytical skills; experience in the development and discovery of expert witnesses; and deposition, discovery and motion practice experience are sought to assume responsibility in an active and diverse federal and state court litigation practice. IP litigation and ESI experience would be particularly valuable. The associate will work closely with senior litigators who will provide active mentoring and client contact. Florida law license required or candidate must be able to take the Florida Bar and obtain license promptly. We seek a bright, hardworking associate with good judgment and attention to detail.
