The Insurance Coverage Counseling and Litigation practice group in McLean, Virginia, seeks a junior associate with strong academic credentials and one to three years of litigation experience. Substantive insurance and/or reinsurance experience is preferred. Litigation experience is required, either through a prior judicial clerkship or current employment. The associate candidate must possess excellent oral and written communication skills, demonstrate leadership and initiative, and be comfortable working directly with clients and colleagues. Virginia Bar membership is required.
