Robins, Kaplan, Miller & Ciresi L.L.P. seeks a Lead Document Review Attorney in our Minneapolis office. The Document Review Attorney will lead document review projects and participate in document review and analysis, document coding, drafting privilege logs, organizing and finalizing documents for production, and assisting associates and partners in preparation for depositions. He/she will develop expertise in the law governing document productions, attorney/client privilege and related doctrines and will develop particular areas of expertise to provide added value to document reviews.

Prior Experience

2-3 years of experience with document discovery, including review and production in complex matters
Knowledge of intellectual property, financial and businesslitigation, specifically with large, complex cases
Familiarity with protocols for review of documents and databases used in managing large volumes of documents in complex litigation matters

Special Knowledge or Skills

Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize assignments within the context of litigation
Strong oral and written communication skills. Interactional proficiency with peers, clients, and other professionals
Ability to simultaneously handle multiple assignments and timelines on a daily basis and in deadline-driven litigation
Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
Ability to exercise accurate professional and legal judgment, and to understand and apply ethical standards required by the American Bar Association and the Minnesota Rules of Professional Responsibility
