Moore & Van Allen PLLC, a large southeastern law firm with a national practice, is seeking an attorney for its litigation practice. Preferred candidates should have at least two years of practice experience, including experience in employee relations litigation and/or counseling (Title VII, ADA, ADEA, FLSA, non-compete/trade secret, etc.). Traditional labor background helpful but not required. Candidates should have excellent written and verbal communication skills and excellent academic credentials.
