Dykema Gossett PLLC, a leading national law firm, seeks a staff attorney for the Products, Class Actions & Professional Liability Litigation Group.

The position is available in either our Bloomfield Hills or Detroit office. Candidates should have five to eight years of experience in the products liability and/or complex litigation area including extensive discovery work. Experience specifically within the automotive industry and e-discovery is a plus. The work requires strong attention to detail and the ability to produce quality work under tight deadlines. Organizational skills and an ability to manage a heavy docket are required. Duties will include interaction with multiple lawyers at all levels and on both sides of cases as well as direct client interaction. Candidates should have experience in managing large volume document review projects using various e-discovery platforms, reviewing and analyzing large volumes of documents and other data to support and assist with the development of case strategy and the drafting of various motions and pleadings. Excellent written and oral advocacy skills are required.
