Seeking junior-mid level associate (3-5 years) with experience in creditors' rights, chapter 11 bankruptcy, corporate reorganizations, loan workouts & restructurings. Candidates with finance background and experience preferred. The associate will support the bankruptcy and finance attorneys primarily in our west coast offices.
