The ideal candidate will have an excellent understanding of corporate and partnership tax law and at least 10 years of experience advising clients with respect to the following types of transactions: mergers and acquisitions, equity financings, divestitures, reorganizations, entity formation and joint ventures. State and local and/or international tax experience would be a plus.
