Financial Industry Group of Reed Smith LLP is currently seeking an exceptional mid-level associate with real estate financing experience to join the firm's Falls Church, Virginia office. Reed Smith's Financial Industry Group has more than 240 lawyers representing banking and financial institutions around the world. We represent nine of the top 10 banks in the United States. We take pride in delivery of first-rate services across the financial industry spectrum, while maintaining a personal connection to our clients by putting relationships first.
Successful candidates will have 4-6 years of transactional experience in real estate finance, with experience in Maryland, Virginia and the District of Columbia preferred. Candidates must possess excellent academic credentials from a nationally recognized law school and superior research and writing skills. Candidate must also be admitted to the Virginia Bar.
