Preferred candidates should present a solid background in complex commercial litigation, including for example, securities litigation, M&A litigation, and other complex disputes involving corporate clients.

The candidate must have (i) 2-5 years of significant litigation experience, (ii) practiced in the Litigation Department of a comparable law firm (iii) project based experience, as well as the ability to multi-task on a variety of high-level assignments while continuously producing thoughtful, intelligent work product of superior quality (iv) experience working with and also overseeing junior associates and professional staff (v) a high level of academic achievement from a law school institution. Experience litigating in both the state and federal courts of Massachusetts is a plus. Successful candidate will join a dynamic office of a nationally prominent Litigation practice
