BakerHostetler's New York office is actively seeking to hire a Privacy Associate with 4-6 years of experience to join our in-demand and nationally recognized Privacy and Data Protection team. Qualified candidates are required to have incident response experience in data breach occurrences, and experience advising clients on privacy matters in the healthcare and/or retail industries is a plus. Our Privacy Associates have direct client contact with our first-rate clients, the professional support of our local team of seasoned professionals, and the opportunity to work directly with the business leaders of our Privacy and Data Protection team. Our associates are required to have a high level of professionalism and strong interpersonal and writing skills.
