The Houston office is seeking a senior patent litigation associate for the Intellectual Property Practice Group. Qualified candidates for this position must have a minimum of 5 years of prior work experience in patent litigation, preferably with experience in cases involving medical devices, pharmaceuticals and biologics. Advanced degrees in biology, biomedical engineering, chemistry or equivalent technical experience and federal clerkship experience are preferable.
