The Dallas office of Hunton & Williams LLP seeks an associate to join the Capital Finance and Real Estate team.

The ideal candidate will have three to five years of experience in real estate lending and development, as well as a strong academic record, exceptional analytical and writing skills, ambition and a bias for teamwork and top quality client service; experience closing asset based lending or other secured financing or commercial transactions is strongly preferred as well. The position offers an excellent opportunity to learn and grow in a name brand law firm while participating as a team member serving quality clients. Texas bar membership or eligibility to waive into the Texas bar is required
