Briggs and Morgan, P.A. is seeking self-motivated and team-oriented attorneys with 4-15 years experience representing commercial real estate owners, developers, investors and lenders. The successful candidates must be able to execute on sophisticated transactions and also able to delegate and train younger attorneys. Senior housing, hotel and zoning/land use experience is preferred, but not required. Some business is preferred but not critical if you can demonstrate good contacts and a strong ability to work with clients.
