Briggs and Morgan, P.A. is seeking self-motivated and team-oriented attorneys with 3-15 years experience representing lenders in sophisticated commercial finance transactions, including secured and unsecured financings, middle market deals, asset based lending, mezzanine finance, mortgage warehouse lending, real estate and construction loans. Must be able to execute but also delegate and train younger attorneys. Some business preferred, but not absolutely critical if you can demonstrate good contacts and a strong ability to work with clients
