Our ideal candidate will have very strong document drafting and negotiating skills, and will have experience in fund and investment adviser formation, both domestic and international; formation of separately managed accounts and single investor funds; Investment Company Act and Investment Advisers Act compliance; investment adviser state registration requirements; and representation of investors (pensions, endowments, institutional investors, family offices, and high net worth individuals). We are seeking a well-rounded, dynamic, highly-motivated Investment Management Associate who seeks significant client contact and is willing to work hard. Large law firm experience preferred.
