Seyfarth Shaw LLP is seeking an associate for the Litigation practice group in its Atlanta office with 2-5 years of commercial litigation experience. Demonstrated experience with construction litigation and/or intellectual property litigation, and/or intellectual property prosecution/portfolio management, drafting and negotiating contracts, a plus.
