Haynes and Boone is seeking a patent agent with 3-5 years of patent prosecution experience to join our Orange County office. The professional will be joining our group of experienced attorneys and agents representing large, mid-size, and startup companies in a wide range of advanced technologies.
The ideal candidate will have at least a college degree in electrical engineering, computer science, computer engineering or physics, and have well-developed skills in patent application preparation and prosecution, as well as in conducting validity and infringement assessments. Experience with wireless telecommunications, signal processing or computer networking is preferred.
