OSHA Issues Guidance for Prompt Reporting of COVID-19 Hospitalizations and Fatalities

On Sept. 30, 2020, the U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) issued guidance clarifying employers’ obligations to report COVID-19 cases resulting in hospitalization or death.
