The international law firm of Bryan Cave LLP is seeking an attorney with at least four years of experience to join our Technology, Entrepreneurial and Commercial Practice (TEC) ideally in either the Boulder or Denver office. Relocation expenses will be covered and other Bryan Cave offices may be considered for the right candidate. The ideal candidate will have experience with technology and intellectual property-related transactions involving software, online services, cloud computing, mobile devices, data, content and new media, and other areas of the information economy. Experience with transactional and compliance matters involving data privacy and security will also be valued. The candidate should have experience working with both emerging and established companies.
