The Dallas office is seeking an attorney with 3-5 years of experience to join the IP Transactions (Patent Prosecution and Commercial IP) practice area.
The candidate should have extensive experience drafting and prosecuting communications patents, taking disclosures and drafting patent applications, along with strong academic credentials. The candidate should have an Electrical Engineering degree and should be admitted to and a member in good standing of the Texas Bar or eligible to take the Texas Bar.
