Quarles & Brady LLP seeks a mid- level associate to join our growing Intellectual Property Litigation Group in our Madison, Milwaukee or Chicago offices with support provided primarily to our Madison office. Interested candidates must be able to draft and respond to interrogatories, document requests and requests to admit, drafting legal memorandum and briefs, researching legal issues, handling document productions, preparing deposition outlines, taking depositions, arguing motions, trial preparation and trial attendance.
The candidate must have a very strong technical background or patent litigation experience combined with a solid academic record. 2-5 years IP Litigation with experience in patent litigation is desirable. Must have strong writing skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
