We are seeking a full-time Paralegal with Real Estate and Banking experience for our Dallas office. Must understand real estate law, leasing transactions including title reviews, foreclosures, REO's, knowledge of financing, lease negotiation and lending documents and procedures. Ability to work on real estate transactions from the initial contract through the closing. Work closely with attorneys in preparation for transactions, including coordinating efforts between outside counsel, lenders, borrowers, sellers and other business contacts with minimum supervision. Four year college degree and/or a paralegal certificate required.
