Preferred candidates should have three to four years of solid experience in structuring, negotiating and documenting commercial real estate transactions and financings and experience with a broad array of development issues including title and survey. Experience and interest in real estate entity formation and documentation (such as operating agreements and joint venture agreements) is ideal. Experience in like-kind exchanges would be a plus but is not required. Responsibilities will include immediate and significant client interaction. Top academic credentials.
