Dykema Gossett PLLC, a leading national law firm, seeks an attorney with at least three years of experience in corporate finance practice for its Chicago office. Experience in commercial lending and mergers and acquisitions is highly preferred. Working knowledge of real estate lending transactions is a plus. Candidates also should be familiar with general corporate representation including entity formation and capitalization, corporate governance issues and shareholder agreements. Drafting of lending agreements and ancillary related documents will be expected. Excellent written and oral advocacy skills are required.
