The Washington office is seeking a mid-level pharmaceutical regulatory associate with a minimum of three years of experience and an emphasis on experience in fraud and abuse and pricing matters. The FDA and Healthcare Group handles cutting edge, high-profile matters in the fraud and abuse and pharmaceutical pricing areas, including working on precedent-setting litigation and internal investigations, as well as commenting on key rulemakings. We provide regular counseling on all issues in the pharmaceutical fraud and abuse and pricing areas to large and small pharmaceutical company clients. Knowledge of FDA drug regulation would be a plus.

Qualified candidates for this position must have strong research, writing and analytic skills; and an ability to work independently and creatively, as well as an ability to work successfully as part of a team. All applicants should have excellent academic credentials and references.
