Summary of Health Care Provisions in the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2021

Last night, Congress passed a $900 billion COVID-19 relief bill along with $1.4 trillion in appropriations legislation to fund the government. The relief bill includes billions for COVID-19 testing, vaccine administration and relief for health care providers, in addition to surprise medical billing legislation and extending funding for public health care programs.
