The Pittsburgh office seeks an Associate with 4-5 years of commercial litigation experience with a large law firm or its equivalent. Taking and defending depositions, motions, and second chair trial experience are required skills; first chair experience is preferred. Candidates with experience in energy, environmental or insurance recovery litigation are also preferred. Excellent academics and writing skills along with admission to the Pennsylvania Bar is required.
