The Dallas office of McGuireWoods seeks a Partner for the Restructuring and Insolvency Department. Qualified candidates will have at least 10 years of experience. The ideal candidate would have experience representing various stakeholders in chapter 11 business cases and out of court restructurings, including senior lenders, corporate debtors, creditors and equity committees, and liquidating trusts.
