Foley & Lardner LLP is seeking a mid-level Associate with approximately 6 years of litigation experience to join the Litigation Department in our Detroit office. Our ideal candidate will have very strong legal writing skills and will have conducted complex discovery in cases involving automotive suppliers, drafted complex motions and briefs, conducted depositions and assisted in trial preparation in both state and federal courts. The candidate also will have experience with commercial contracting matters. We are seeking a very well-rounded, motivated Litigation Associate who is willing to work hard. Top academics and experience required. To be considered, a candidate must hold a JD from a top tier, ABA-approved law school and must be an active member in good standing of the Michigan Bar.
