The Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation (“TDEC”) issued a December 1st proposed Director’s Order and Assessment (“Order”) to Methodist Healthcare – Memphis Hospitals (“MHMH”) addressing alleged violations of the Tennessee rules related to hazardous waste.
