Highly regarded boutique law firm in DC seeks a senior associate/counsel level attorney with at least 7 years of experience in Labor & Employment Litigation Law (i.e.management side counseling, employment discrimination defense and traditional labor issues)

Ideal candidate will also be able to also assist in one other practice area, preferably business transactions, general civil litigation, or government contracts law.

Firm has a very strong business client base and work is plentiful. Portable buisness not needed although a small book is always welcome.

Firm pays competitively with small-mid size firms. Excellent culture and reasonable billable hours expectation (1800 hours is the norm). This is a very attractive long term opportunity.
