EEOC Announces 2021 Schedules for EEO Data Collection

On January 12, 2021, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) announced the upcoming opening of four EEO data collections: the 2019 and 2020 EEO-1, the 2020 EEO-3, the 2021 EEO-4 and the 2020 EEO-5. The EEOC collects workplace data from public and private employers meeting certain thresholds annually, but had previously delayed collection of 2019 and 2020 data because of the pandemic....
