We are currently seeking a 3rd to 5th year business law associate with meaningful firm experience and superior academic credentials. Candidates should have experience working on deal teams and should have general familiarity (commensurate with their year) of corporate law. Candidates should have substantive experience with mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital investments and leveraged buyouts, as well as general corporate experience. The ideal candidate would draft and negotiate various transaction documents and provide general corporate advice to the portfolio companies of our private equity firm clients.
