The San Diego office Corporate Department is seeking a 2011-2013 Associate with experience in intellectual property and technology transactional matters, including licensing, joint venture and merger and acquisition transactions involving intellectual property and IP related secured lending transactions. Outstanding academic credentials, technical background, and admission to the California Bar is required. Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or computer science and patent prosecution experience is preferred.
