King & Spalding's New York office seeks a junior to mid-level associate for its award-winning Middle East & Islamic Finance practice group. Qualified candidates will have excellent academic credentials and a minimum of two years' law firm experience, most of which is finance, and ideally real estate finance. This position will involve a mixture of real estate finance, fund formation and investment structuring, joint venture work and Islamic finance. A knowledge of Islamic finance is not necessary.
