The New York office of Holland & Knight is seeking an entry level associate beginning September 2014 for its transportation finance group. The associate's practice will focus on transportation and equipment finance transactions involving aircraft, railcars, oil rigs and vessels, and other complex equipment. The candidate must have a strong academic background, excellent oral and written communication skills and an attention to detail. A desire to practice business transactional law is required and candidates who have taken commercial law courses are preferred.
