Seeking associate candidate at the junior to mid-level (Class of 2011-2009) with a BS in Chemical or Chemical Engineering. A Masters or PhD in Chemical Engineering helpful but not required. Position requires extensive patent prosecution experience/skills preferably in the energy field. Patent work in both upstream and downstream applications. Other experience in intellectual property transaction work, including licenses, due diligence, patent, trademark, and copyright applications and prosecution before respective government agencies, investigations, opinions, and client counseling helpful but not required. Candidate must be licensed to practice before the US Patent and Trademark Office.
