The finance group of the corporate department is seeking a New York or Boston based junior level (0-2 years of experience) career associate to assist in the group's leveraged finance and acquisition finance transactions. The role will support the more senior attorneys in the group who represent private equity firms, portfolio companies and debt funds and investors. Open to JD's with strong academic credentials and 0-2 years of related experience. Additional relevant experience and/or coursework in secured transactions and corporations and other organizations strongly preferred. Competitive salary offered. Bar admission required.
